In the March of 2002, the first group of MPA students started their study in School of Public Administration, Renmin University of China. And that is the beginning of MPA education in China. In the last four years, 3248 students took the recruitment exams, and 1318 of them were accepted. The number of students ranked the very top in the first three years. Up to the March of 2005, 328 students got their MPA degrees. At present, the School of Public Administration, Renmin University of China is one of the most important education centers for MPA in China.
